The staff is terrific – as is the overhead music (great variety), and I love my space, but for temperature-controlled, it is SO COLD in there at night, which is when I am there. Prohibitively cold – I leave rather than doing what I went there to do. And the bathroom is locked once the staff leaves at 6:00, which also makes me leave rather than doing what I went there to do! Please, management – bump up the thermostat a few degrees and put a keypad by the bathroom if necessary, but please please keep it accessible!
