I finally gave in and got a storage for all my Christmas stuff. Process was so easy! I reserved online and called and spoke with George and I asked him and if could come in. He said yes and came right in and process was smooth. I was a little worried on size I had selected and then I was told it was on 3rd floor! But they have flat beds and the elevators are spacious! I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner!

The facility is clean and organized and the staff is very nice. Hours are 6am-6pm on weekdays and 6am-5pm on weekends (closed on special holidays). It’s honestly not the cheapest, but it’s a great, convenient place to safely store your belongings in Barrio Logan.

They are Super friendly, clean and safe. Overall I think it’s a great value and happy to be coming here. Fair terms as well

I had a unit at another U Stor It location, after 6 months my rent went up and after another 6 months it went up again. It got to the point where I was paying $209 for a unit being advertised for $75 online. When I reached out to the company I was told that there is no way to stay in your same unit without the price increases even though the advertised price online is lower. That if you wanted to switch to a smaller or larger unit you might be able to get them for cheaper and that they send out the price increases 30 days ahead of time so that you can make those changes if you want. So essentially switching units would mean a full day of moving and would require multiple people and I would have to do this every 6 months not to be price gouged? Apparently punishing loyal customers is standard practice for this company, once they have you in a unit and it would be impractical to move they take advantage of you and double the price. I am moving to a different company and I would not recommend renting from any U Stor It locations anywhere.
