How do I get started?
From the homepage, click on “Find Storage” and find the facility nearest you. You can get a free quote, reserve a space online, request more information, or call the location and speak directly with a storage professional.

When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

What are your unit sizes?
Our sizes range from approximately 5’x5’ to 10’x30’. Many of our facilities also offer smaller and larger spaces, from storage lockers to extra-large rentals.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
Ask one of our team members what type of unit best suits your needs or use our Storage Calculator to determine the right amount of space for you.

What types of storage do you offer?
We welcome both personal and business customers. Personal units are available for furniture, file cabinets, family keepsakes, or seasonal lawn and garden equipment. For professionals, we offer space where file cabinets, documents, and office furniture can be securely stored and easily accessed.

Do you have climate-controlled storage units?
Climate-controlled units, which maintain a set temperature range to insulate and preserve your property, are available at many of our facilities. Inquire at the property nearest you to learn more about this feature.

Do you offer RV, boat, car, and motorcycle parking?
We do offer this service at some of our facilities, but not all of them. Please check with the facility nearest you.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Do I need to insure my storage unit?
Yes, insurance is required to rent a storage unit at every facility. Please speak to one of our team members if you do not have homeowner or renter’s insurance for more information.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise. If long-term storage is preferred, we allow customers to prepay rent in advance. However, we do require a 15-day notice before you move out.

How much is rent and when is it due?
Monthly rent varies based on the unit type and size that you rent. Monthly rent is due on the anniversary of your rental start date.

How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving and packing supplies, as well as locks, in our office.

Do I need a lock for my unit?
Yes, you must use a lock to secure your unit. If you forget to bring one at the time of your move, you can purchase one from our office.

Do you have hand carts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. Handcarts are available at each facility to aid in your move-in and move-out processes.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Can I live or sleep in a storage unit?
No. Living or sleeping in a storage unit is against the law as it is a liability.

What kind of security features do you offer?
We offer high-quality technology to keep your belongings safe, including intruder alarms, computer-controlled access, multi-camera video surveillance, and high-security unit locks.

Is pest control regularly scheduled?
All our facilities have regularly scheduled pest control services to maintain cleanliness.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing a lease you will be given your own security code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

What’s the difference between access hours and office hours?
Office hours indicate the presence of a property manager who provides in-person customer service, such as accepting payments, answering questions, selling supplies, and more. During access hours, you can use your gate code to access your unit. A property manager may or may not be on hand to assist you during these times.
