Super friendly and organized. Paola answered all of my questions, showed me space options and explained the pros and cons of each in a really helpful to me way. It’s very clean and the temperature in the units is good and cool even when it’s hot out. I am moving to Mexico and using this storage as requested by the mover that will drive my stuff to south Baja. I was worried what the neighborhood would be like but it’s a newer development industrial park neighborhood that very clean and far from bad areas. I’m satisfied so far and would recommend.

I recently rented a storage unit from U-Stor-It, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made the rental process quick and easy. The facility is clean, well-lit, and very secure. I feel confident that my belongings are safe, thanks to their top-notch security measures, including surveillance cameras and secure access points. The units are spacious and well-maintained, providing ample space for all my storage needs. What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The staff was always available to answer my questions and went out of their way to ensure I had a positive experience. They even offered helpful tips on how to best utilize the space in my unit. My advise is important . You will recieve a invoice by email with a due date. What it doesnt say that payment must be made before that due date otherwise its consider late if paid on the date stated on the invoice you will be subjected to added fees. No one will advise you to pay before what is written on your invoice. You will find it in the small print in your rental agreement 3rd page. I couldnt find where it says that you have access to your unit not until closing but until 5:45pm. The manager on site will not allow you to enter regardless if it’s 5:46pm and it closes at 6pm. 7pm if you pay extra. The manager on site is extremly strict and unwilling to be let you in even if we are only talking about 4 minutes. I was lucky to finally get in touch with the district manager i eneded up having to pay for 2 extra months from the orginal date i wanted to closed down my unit. But I’m happy i will be getting my belongings back. I just wish i didnt have to pay for 2 more months. I have my car in the shop so it hasnt been easy to swing by. But like i said I’m happy i will not lose My Mommys stuff too since i lost her 22 years ago…

They keep raising the price. I started at $67 for 5×5 The first year in 2021 and the second year it went up to $87 and now the third year they raised it to $99. Supposedly, they said that every 6 to 9 months there’s a rent increase nowhere does it say 6 to 9 months on the contract! For that price I can get a larger unit. They’re a scam. They’re ripping people off. Also the parking lot is super small.Also you can not access your unit after 5:45 pm if you’re not on auto pay. I asked to speak to the owner and the manager said no
