Just used this place for a month. Overall I would recommend and would use again. Pros: Very easy to sign up. Discount for online reservation. Convenient hours and easy in-out process. Clean units and carts available for renters’ use. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: Administrative fee for initial sign up is not waived if you find you need to switch to a different/bigger unit (you need to cancel and then sign up all over again.) Office area had overwhelming scent of cologne.

My husband and I had this storage for six years. In those six years we got zero communication. Someone got out camper and no one called. When I asked what happened the guy tried to lie to me me saying “we called you but no one answered”. He had my phone number on file…..I asked if he left a voicemail he said yes, I went though them…no voicemail. Then he got an attitude with me and started ignoring me and talking to my husband instead. This dude was the manager!!!! But they made sure to “communicate” when they wanted their rent payments. Had no problem reaching us then. The final straw was when we went to pick up our camper Thursday night and realized there’s no security fence anymore. So it camper was just hanging out for anyone to decide to take a trip. No communication of any changes. But our rent for the spot was paid and for $114 a month you’d think I could feel like my stuff was taken care of! We ended up pulling our camper and closing things out. Do not store here. They are awful.
